ለሶስት ቀን የቆየው 7ኛው የሪል እስቴት ኤክስፖ እና የፓናል ውይይት በሸራተን አዲስ ሆቴል ተካሄደ፡፡ ከታህሳስ 18-20 ቀን 2017ዓ.ም በተካሄደው በዚሁ ኤክስፖና የፓናል ውይይት ኢትዮጵያ በኢኮኖሚ እድገት ባስመዘገበችበት በዚህ ወቅት የግሉ ዘርፍ በቤት ልማት የሚኖረውን ሚና ለማሳደግ ታስቦ እንደተዘጋጀ ተገልፆአል፡፡ የሪል እስቴት አልሚዎችን ከገዥና ሻጭ እንዲሁም ከንግዱ ማህበረሰብ ጋር ከማገናኘት ባለፈ የፖሊሲ አውጪዎች እና ውሳኔ ሰጪዎች ከአልሚዎች ጋር ተቀራርበው በቤት ልማትና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ላይ ለመምከር ድልድይ እንዲሆን የፓናል ውይይት ተካሂዷል፡፡ The 7th Real Estate Expo and Panel Discussion, a three-day event, was held at the Sheraton Addis Hotel.
